As part of Sunningdale Teaching school’s leadership development strategy we undertake succession planning to identify and develop people to fill leadership positions in the future.
Succession Planning includes all school staff from lunchtime assistants to the head teachers. Sunningdale Teaching School works with our alliance partners to support all staff to reach their full potential. This includes, for example, peer to peer mentoring, joint observations, courses focussing on the role of the Teaching Assistant, Newly Qualified Teachers, Teachers, Middle Leaders, Senior Leaders and Head teachers.
